The board has proposed two rule adoptions dealing with civil penalties for violations of laws for electrologists and laser hair practitioners.

• The adoption in 21 NCAC 06O .0202 sets the civil penalties for practicing electrology or laser hair practice without a license.
• The adoption in 21 NCAC 06O .0203 sets various civil penalties for noncompliance by electrology or laser schools.
