Complaints
This page explains how members of the public can submit complaints about violations of laws for barbering, electrology, and laser hair practice. All complaints must be made in writing and can be submitted online or by fax, mail, or email. Unfortunately, complaints cannot be accepted over the phone. Please provide as much information as possible to help us identify the issue.
Note: please keep in mind that the information in complaints may be public record. We do not have the authority to keep most complaint information confidential. If you have any questions about whether information will be public record, please contact us before submitting your complaint.
