License verification for electrology apprenticeship programs

Recent law changes allow the board to authorize electrology apprenticeship programs. These programs would offer a different way to get licensed in North Carolina than traditional electrolysis schools. For some individuals, these programs may be more convenient than schools, while other people may find schools more suitable.

Since these law changes were very recent, there are not currently any authorized programs. However, this page will be updated after the board receives and approves any program applications.
